Position Summary:
Social Worker II/Mental Health Therapist will provide comprehensive psychosocial assessments, diagnostic formulations, individual and family psychotherapy and crisis intervention when appropriate for patients in our Neuropsychiatry Clinic. Successful candidate will work with Geriatric patients and adult patients with Acquired Brain Injuries. Successful candidate will work as part of a team with social workers, professional counselors, psychiatrists, and occupational therapists to provide integrated care. Successful candidate will maintain clinical documentation in electronic record, obtains insurance authorization for services, and use Feedback-Informed Treatment measures as part of clinical approach.
Education:
Masters degree and licensure required in Social Work, Counseling, or Psychology.
Work Experience:
Two years full licensure.
